  • Ipoh is a famous city in Malaysia。
According to the boss, this is the only one in Ipoh that uses firewood to cook meat. The meat has a beautiful flavor and endless aftertaste. The price is also very reasonable and sells very well.
    name:添记脆皮烧肉
    address:Unnamed Road 30200, 30200 Menglembu, Perak
Next to the vegetable market, it is open from 2:00 to 5:00 in the afternoon, and the day off is Wednesday

This Ipoh roasted pig wood burnt at 50 ringgit per kilogram which is SGD$16.00
Are much cheaper then in Singapore wholesale and wet local markets are at SG$24.00 per kilo.
Provided the customers were at Ipoh.
Should be very yummy from the looked of the long queue.

I had to repl.ay that...50 yuan a kilo. That's less than 8 usd for over 2 pounds of that amazing looking pork. I would eat myself sick. Thanks for a great video. I appreciate the translations and subtitles. I live a world away from Malaysia but love to see the food and being able to understand what the locals are saying is FANTASTIC!!!

There are so many roasted pork stalls in Malaysia, particularly Klang Valley. Many claimed to be very good but I am not convinced they are as good as they claimed. But this Menglembu roasted pork is definitely very very good.
