Murder is not a big issue in Pakistan specialy in Karachi some years back we saw 100 and 200 murders in target killings in a single day when Mqm Anp and Lyari gangs were fighting with each other for extortion money and land grabing disputes.

Thanks to Allah i m working in a Bank . Although its a bank but i suffered from late salary payment in my last job . The Company paid the salary usually by 10th for the previous month but many times paid by 20 & 25th . It was very depressing to work when u dont get salary on time .
When i first joined the bank i got my salary before the end of my first month end . Full salary & 5 days before month end , i was very astonished but this is normal in banking industry . Although banking industry has its own cons but salary payment is always before time .
