- We are back this week and some of the INDIA bloc leaders proposed Mallikarjun Kharge’s name as their prime ministerial candidate. This resulted in Arnab giving us a masterclass on voice modulation as we saw him compare Modi’s greatness to Kharge’s lack of qualities. While MPs were being suspended left, right and centre in Parliament, we watched the anchors focus on how the opposition disrespected VP Jagdeep Dhankhar.
Meanwhile, Dawood made his way back to TV news as they managed to kill him again. As rumours spread of the gangster’s demise, we got to see wild “news reports” filled with conspiracy theories, histrionics, and fake news.

Being a Law Student, Yeah I admit there is need to be amended in IPC & Evidence Act, but however re-arranging the section, changing the name & passing the major laws without any debate, while the ruling party were to debate on criminal laws but they were only talking about colonial law? Thanking Amit shah? Yet didn’t even discuss on the implementation & how it will help in administering justice?? I am fearful, yet ready to embrace the upcoming laws🤷
These three laws were passed to turn India into a police state and suppress every voice of dissent. Bjp has already shown that they neither care about democracy nor constitution nor democracy nor fundamental rights of citizens. Panauti has decided to end democracy or turn it into Russian form of democracy where all the constitutional bodies exist but only one man rules over everyone like dictator. They have already captured election commission but making chief election commissioner equal to CJI. Now nobody can touch him even if he directly helps bjp in winning the elections. After the victory of 2014, they would either make lots of amendments constitution or present a new constitution in order to capture the judiciary as well.
