My personal Tier List:
S - SS2, SSB
A - UI, Base Kaioken, Base
B - SS, UI Sign, SSB Kaioken
C - SSG, False SS
For S tiers, I just enjoy being able to play aggressive and doing massive damage, which both SSB and SS2 reward.
For A tiers, I love being able to use UI and having a counter that works on nearly everything that takes no ki and has no cooldown if I land it and 2 seconds cooldown if I don't. It doesn't have many combos but it is extremely punishing, which I like. Base Kaioken has pretty insane tech and can be combo'd with Base form, so they can be interchanged on the list.
For B tiers, UI Sign is ok, high damaging rush and beam, but the beam counter isn't true (it should be because of how hard it is to land) and the other moves aside from Soaring Fist don't do much damage, Instant Kick is easy to punish. SS is a baiting form whose only decent move is the ult. Blast Fist has too much start-up and only combos with Miracle Blow. SSB Kaioken is B tier because I hate using it and hate going up against it, but it does do insane damage if you successfully bait out an opponent's counter and punish them.
For the C tiers, SSG just feels too squishy and doesn't dish out enough damage, but does have some insane tech. False SS is ok, it's pretty tanky but doesn't have too much tech and does decent damage. False SS is the definition of mid, and with the addition of Shallot and SSBE Vegeta, I believe that it should get somewhat buffed back to what it was to bring it back into relevancy (it won't).
I Respect your tier list and all but the ssjg is the best for being passive, because you can heal of the limit break, and it has god bind. You can go gssj and heal 10%. It's literally the counter of ui/mui because of it's long ass combos. I can agree that mui can be extremely punishing, but the thing is when your going against good players, it's pretty hard to pvp against.

C'mon mui is not THAT bad, it has a very high damaging move and is super tankt
If something belongs in the garbage tier, it's ui
5% ki drain, no combos, easily can get baited, no teleporting moves, relying on unforgivable and silver dragon flash. Celestial can be countered, also can be dodged. Embodiment light is useless since it has such a small lasting counter. And it's too predictable. The instinctive dodges carries tho. Sure it has high damaging moves but does it have a high danaging combo. One combo gssj2 would take out 78% of an ui. SSJG can use it's long combos to buy time. SSJB got super armour move and kienzan. SSJBKK would take one combo to end an mui. and lastly not worth getting it. They're better options.
Mui's combo still does more damage than ui (though mui's combo is mostly off a counter), also ui is built like a paper.
Also might be a scummy technique but you can use instant attack to run away and use unforgiveable which is probably the best g move in the game though, might be a waste of time but it can fix the ki issue ig
@@Nanic_YTUI relies on punishing the opponent with high damage skills. You can't play aggressive with it or you will get punished like you can with SSJB or SSJ2, but it does do MASSIVE damage for each move you land.
