That was how I tackled homework and studying after 8 and 10pm when I could get to my homework after other chores and things that had to come before. It strengthened me, I had no other choice so I know I can do hard things now. Self control is truly a gift

You know, you always say that no one is excited to learn about self control....but I LOVE IT! And I have a theory that one person can have a bizarre something about themselves, but that at least 10,000 people in the world have the same (the math on that is still less than .00%).....so, there must be at least a handful of people on here that have had God disciplining the snot out of them for the last five years too, there must have been other moments during that time that have had nearly every carnal pleasure swapped out without being the instigator (i.e., God made sure you couldn't drink, or smoke, or eat too much), there must be others with chronic pains and new diagnoses who have to do a lot of things they don't want to do either....listen, I'm not boohooing for a minute, because again - if you're at all like me - you're so glad you began your journey before you REALLY NEEDED IT, and you too are SO grateful to God for planting this woman, this amazing teacher (and ministry), in your lap to teach you about discipline before it was scary...or hard. And you know why I believe you might be like me? Because our Father (hey there, Sib ❤) is the best and He only wants for our good, our joy, and our growth. I'm in screaming pain right now but I proclaim my honest gratitude and belief in the plans He has for us. Christ died for us to be free (and that includes our pain, amen) but also for us to be brave. Let us smile at those crocodiles, believe through our pain and SHINE BRIGHTLY THE WHOLE TIME by placing your light on a lamp stand. My pot might be cracked but that allows so much more light to shine through. God bless you all. All my love to JMM and prayers for everyone to have a viciously blessed rest of their year. I've finally grasped recently that we should be careful about what we're asking God. I pray for self-control, because I would like to put my pride in not being offended, and guess what!? I got attacked and heard gossips about me... So, this message is just encouraging and it's teaching me as well to LOVE those same people and pray they ENCOUNTER The Lord.. I’m on a desert teaching diet.
Joyce i am born in a muslim family but i don't have faith in muslim study. Now a days i stuck in future predicting stuff palm ready which hurts me so bad. I want to get over all that stuff which devil put in my mind. I feel so lonely i want to be Christian would jesus help me?
