In this video I will show you how can you add Google fonts support in WordPress theme customizer. I am using basic WordPress theme. Under appearance, we have theme customizer link. But it has no typography option.
Go to plugins. Search and install 'Easy Google Fonts' plugin. And that's it. Now see customizer. It's got typography option now. You can selectively change font family for paragraphs, heading and more. What about changing font family for custom classes? You can do so. Go to plugin settings and add custom control. Name it and add CSS selectors. Now these controls will be available in customizer. We can change font family for those selectors now. Also typography change is reflected live so you can see it before updating your site.
Overall its a great plugin that helps you add support for all Google fonts in your wordpress site.
