There is an error in the circuit diagram. The diode anode must be connected to the normally closed contacts of the relay.

Dear friend, I have carried out the project following the steps and components as you detail, but when I connect it to the transformer of my charger, which has 15.5 volt output, the relay cuts off and it is impossible for me to charge the battery, watching the video where it You do the test, I see that when the source sends 14.9 V, the relay cuts off, but it is cutting off due to the increase in voltage of the source, not because of the increase in battery voltage, since if I inject a voltage of 14.0 volts through the output to the battery, the relay makes a noise and never cuts off. You don't show how much voltage you are supplying to the battery... reasoning, you should power the board with less than 14.9 volts so that the relay does not cut, therefore the battery will never exceed that voltage and in that case it would never cut.
