Sure you can but if you choose chicken skip the marinating with salt part at the start because it does not work with chicken and adjust the cooking time to 40min simmering. I've made this dish with lamb too in the past and is also very delicious ❤️

Such a shame. Why do that? The ingredients are listed in the video description. Take a snap of that, follow the method and it's excellent. Don't bother with the website.
