@@freedomfox8183 I realize that. Henson rebuilt the 540 in the Nova after Billy had oil delivery issues time and again. Even after Bob looked at it. Yes, Bob was involved in the S10 engine build. And Henson is currently building Billy another 540 that will be Procharged for his Camaro.

Pretty sweet seeing you at the track I used to race at, starting at 12 years old. I grew up at that track from an infant on. I'm 47 now.
if people only new the history of that place. i grew up in high point and went to the heads up madness events on fri then once they swapped to sat all the time. ducks first ever outlaw drag radial event was held there in 07 or 06. david reese won over shane stack at like 3am and set the stock suspension track record at 4.96 lol.

@@RustyWells2 yep, I've seen vid of that place from the 50s, top fuel was ran there till the 80s if I remember right. I moved there in 94.. tech x275 roots where formed there and at immokalee.

I grew up there from a kid to about 20. Worked the sweep crew for a few years too at the circle track. Was there Thursday and Saturday. Then at the Dragstrip Wed and Fri. There use to be a trailer home on the property I throw to rent from Frank and Bonnie!

It's just going take a little more seat time in the s10 and nova. You literally just had everything redone and not much testing. But you're still kicking azz getting your grove back!!! Rock on SRC!! And it sooo cool seeing Uncle Bob having a blast!!
Billy is part of the S10 furniture, no seat time needed, proof of how he went down the dodgy track..
Nova needs some test and tunes and working bugs out..

The S10 Billy's office. Def need more seat time in the nova. Let's not forget the falcon just got upgrades hopefully they'll bring the nova home n get in some testing. Then there's the camaro that thing gonna be on whole nother level def needs hit up some test n tunes with that one.
That was Awesome!!! I started having flash backs. I was born and raised in Tampa and moved from there in 2003 when I was 36. That drag strip was known back in my day as Sunshine Speedway. I have a lot of memories there.

You guys came in raced 10 minutes from my house and I had to work. Unbelievable. Track has been there for many decades. That section of interstate connector was built in past few years.

Hearing them turbos light after the shift at 10:20 was strong enough I even felt them G’s thru the screen. Damn
That track was once a 1/4 track before the city moved in so close. It already had a notoriously short shut down and as cars got faster, they reduced it to 1/8th mile. Lived here most of my life and was a little bummed seeing you guys were right here. Would have loved to meet uncle Bob for sure. Congrats on the wins.

I grew up 5 miles down the road from that track. Used to be called sunshine, it sure looks a lot different then when I lived there.
