Hi everyone! Today I present to you a delicious recipe, rich in flavor and vitamins! Broccoli and cauliflower casserole is perfect for lunch or dinner. Even children will love vegetables made this way! Very easy recipe to prepare and anyone can make it. I prepare it very often and my family never leaves even a piece! It only takes a little time to prepare this delicious and satisfying vegetable dish. Healthy, vegetarian and very tasty recipe! Ingredients:
- 500 g (1 lb) of broccoli
- 500 g (1 lb) of cauliflower
- 1 leek
- 1 carrot
- 1 clove of garlic
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 4 eggs
- 150 g (6 oz) of flour
- 1.5 cup of milk
- Parsley
- Cheese to taste
- Salt and pepper
