- Hi guys, welcome back!
In today's video i am going to show you how to make what we call gumbo when i am from (Saint Louis du Nord), which is a stew made with whatever protein you choose and lots of okra. It is very slimy in texture, it's either you like it or you don't. A lot of people don't like it because of the texture. This dish is best paired with tom tom (similar to fufu) or white rice and black beans soup. This recipe is made with oxtail, beef chunks and Dungeness crab, served with white rice. Please use this recipe as a guide, adjust the seasoning to you taste bud. Be sure to give this video a thumbs up, subscribe, share, and comment. Thank you for being here. Enjoy!

Is there a specific way to make okra? Please show us☺️
