    10psi isn't enough though. I added one and it didn't nothing.

      A 10 psi check-valve should close when the pressure in the system drops below 10 psi. If the sprayer is operating at say 40 psi, then you shut it off there is still going to be some fluid in the sprayer hoses that feed the boom/spray wand, etc. There will still be liquid coming out of the nozzle(s) until the pressure in the hose drops below 10 psi, then the check valve should close. Does your check valve stop dripping at any point? or is there a constant drip after you shut off the sprayer? Obviously, there are lots of other factors that could be at play.
