Really he's very good person,last year he had visited our Workshop with his brand new BMW for oil level low later it has sorted out and deliever it to him on the same day.we had seen many customers in our past experience they get angry for small issues but this guy was calmly waited until our job is done and won't even express his frustration.really you're true BMW customer.i believe this kind of attitude brings you to buy BMW and also it will take you to own a private charter soon.
why would the eninge need top up of oil..only means there cdould be some leakage or something not right in the chambers.. what did the service people tell you..

It was issue on software only later they corrected issues
very strange ... but what about the extra oil that went into the chamber... sary stuff... good they sorted this out..@@countlessjourneys
That oil they removed when i went to service centre. Hopefully done 👍
