      A lot of actors that aren’t American lose their native accent because of how much they use their American accent and because most of them move to LA they don’t hear their original accent on tv or in public and they pick up the “American” accent. Same thing happens if you move somewhere you will eventually pick up a new accent without realizing it like if you moved to the UK you would likely get a British accent

    Oh my god, as an Australian, I totally forgot about the show Trapped. Used to watch that all the time as a kid. Mortified was the best though haha, I can still hear her mum yelling “Brittany!”

      The majority of the second season of Trapped, known as castaway is lost unfortunately, the company has folded. I think 5 or 6 of the 26 episodes exist. It hasn't been on TV for years

    I understand that it is summer in australia while it is winter in america, I have known that for most of my life yet I still have a hard time comprehending christmas is during summer break....like wuhhhh.

      I find it so shocking that some people HAVE ONLY GOT A COUPLE OF WEEKS HOLIDAYS FOR CHRISTMAS! WHAT? WHY? Also the idea of being cold for Christmas is so weird. And not going to the beach when I'm away for Christmas day is crazy. Or when I'm home, we often end up swimming in my cousins pool in the heavy rain.
      Oh also, idk what its like in other countries, but ik Americans start their school year in, like, September. Why? we start in January and finish in December. it makes so much more sense.

      @@earth2ravenn well it’s basically 40 weeks of actual school, so 4 terms of 10 weeks with 2 week holidays between the first 3 terms and then a 6 week break (for most students) between 4th term at the end of the year and 1st term the next year (mid December to end January)

I just googled it and apparently the original game is actually Indian, and it was snakes and ladders. I guess it's the Americans who made chutes another version that's less scary? idk lol.
