Did shipt part time for a year and a half and put it all towards my student loans. When you're paying down debt time is SUPER important because interest is adding up daily. So I made a payment to my loan every week I got paid which knocked it out even faster. Loan paid off last year! Great vid!

I was a Lyft driver as a side hustle and found I didn't enjoy it at all, having (mostly drunk) strangers in my vehicle. It was also not worth the wear & tear and gas. At least one of these suggestions has to be better than that.
Try gopuff or if you're in Texas, favor. I don't have to keep my car clean and no one gets in my car. And your car is already depreciating...might as well make money off of it and make your own hours. Your car could be the key to your independence.

I did it for 3 years but I never went to the suggested "hotspots" I picked safer locations, during the day, in the middle of the week. My neighbor always drove on the weekends at night in the city because he made more money but he also got a lot of drunks and people puking in his car. I used to get a lot of people who were taking rides to work or going to or from a supermarket or Dr appointment and things like that.
I currently work for Shipt. It’s a good side hustle. You can set your own hours and work as much or as little as you want to. You get paid an amount based on the order and the customer can also give you an extra tip. In addition, some orders pay additional PROMO pay if the order hasn’t been claimed by another shopper and it’s close to the delivery time. PROMO pay range from $1-$20. Some people are very generous! You meet some really nice people as well. I live in North Florida with two major Universities, so I deliver orders to a lot of college kids. I primarily shop grocery store and Target orders. Peak shopping hours are Friday evening, Saturday morning and Sunday late afternoon/evening. Also the week leading up to Thanksgiving and Christmas. I have a full time career, so I hustle a couple days a week and some weekends.
My cousin worked for Shipt for about 3 weeks and was deactivated and she doesn't know why. She said something about only doing promos, because she wanted me to do it...because the promos really pay more. But she is having trouble getting in contact with them to find out why she was terminated. What can you suggest so I can let her know?

not sure if this was mentioned because i didn't watch the whole video but working as a brand ambassador/ promo model. the event/promo staffing companies i've worked for have clients like google, state farm insurance, PNC bank etc (all of which i've worked for) and generally pay anywhere from 18-25 an hour for the events you book. and honestly its super easy, you're most of the time just wearing a branded tshirt and talking to people about a new product or store opening or giving samples.
@@theanalyzer7427 there's several companies, currently i'm working for Encore Nationwide. There's also ATN Event Staffing, Booked Out. Just Google 'event staffing companies'. Basically all you have to do is fill out an application like any job. If there are events, get in contact with the coordinator to see if you can get booked. Also, start networking at events because a lot of the time, if you have contacts in the industry they can let you know when other events might need people to work. You can work for however many companies that fit into your schedule, and if you live in a bigger city or are willing to travel, there's more opportuninty. Hope this helped :)

Cut grass, and wash cars in your neighborhood. Charge your neighbors a flat rate to come twice a month to do your services. I saw a kid do this and his parents let him rent his own 4 bedroom townhouse because he was making so much money.

I ❤ your ideas on side hustles!!! I side hustle on Facebook marketplace by finding free stuff particularly furniture that's free, in decent condition, reupholster it and flip it. Or if the free furniture has an irreparable repair, I use the foam, batting, and all other materials I can get out of it, including the wood to reupholster the good furniture...cuz we all know furniture reupholstering supplies are crazy expensive🙄. I also sell on poshmark, mercari, and offer up. Its a lot of work sometimes, but its totally worth it. You're awesome though girl and thanks for the tips!
Great video, but I would mention that all of these are tied to time - so the longer you work, the more money you make. However, the second you stop, the money stops. So I would perhaps add things that have less instant money and more long term returns like blogging, investing, writing a book 🤷🏼♀️. Just as another option. Great vid!
I've been teaching online for a year and a half and loving that. While I do maintain the same hours every week, I also took the entire month of February off to travel and visit family! It's a pretty sweet side gig all-in-all.
They're good ideas for a specific goal, like paying something off. Now that I have paid off all my debt I take all my side earnings and treat them as capital rather than income. I invest it *all* and turn it into passive income.

From the perspective of an Amazon Flex driver for 2 years, it is not picking up a package and delivering it. It is picking up around 40-45 packages and delivering them to the residence or business within usually a 3-5 hour time frame. They pay $18/hour + which is also supposed to cover the mileage, car insurance and cost of gas. Good job, use your own car, see lots of real estate, beat the hell out of your car, adding anywhere from 40-120 miles per day, but you are your own boss, and they pay you twice a week. The app they provide routes you in a fairly efficient manner and you record all your deliveries.

If you actually read the scriptures, you will find that He does, indeed, bless HIS people, if they earn their riches from GOD and not from ill-gotten gains. Jesus told the parable of the talents (which was referring to money in that context), teaching that if we are good stewards of a few things, He would make us rulers over many. Carvertise is real but they don’t really pay weekly they pay monthly and you get some bonuses from taking really good pics of your car.. this is the best side hustles video💯
Hey! Late to the hustle, I know. I would definitely recommend browsing Craigslist for quick gigs. Anything from house sitting to garage clean outs, setting up tech for technophobes, etc. The larger the area, the more options you have. You can also change the area to search for remote work. If you prefer an app platform, Wonolo is great for short-term gigs as well.
I wouldn't recommend Amazon Flex. They used to pay good at first, you could get your route done within 3 hours for around $68-75 flat rate, then they started doubling the workload/packages to a route, calling it a 3 hour route but was actually 5-6 hours worth of package deliveries for the same flat rate. Then they started making everyone wait in line for 45 minutes to an hour to pick up their packages at the warehouse while they check everyone's ID's and get the boxes ready, so then your 5-6 hours turns into 6-7 hours for the same flat rate. They just kept adding insult to injury at every turn. There are better ways to spend your time making money.

From the perspective of an Amazon Flex driver for 2 years, it is not picking up a package and delivering it. It is picking up around 40-45 packages and delivering them to the residence or business within usually a 3-5 hour time frame. They pay $18/hour + which is also supposed to cover the mileage, car insurance and cost of gas. Good job, use your own car, see lots of real estate, beat the hell out of your car, adding anywhere from 40-120 miles per day, but you are your own boss, and they pay you twice a week. The app they provide routes you in a fairly efficient manner and you record all your deliveries.

@Karyn Calgary Wow .. I don't think God is prejudice against the rich lol.. I do think he feels like money and material things come between people and their relationship with him but I don't think God would punish folks for being hustlers, being intelligent or even being born rich or damn lucky!
@Karyn Calgary I don't interpret it that way but rather that God doesn't want money to be a priority over your relationship with him. Regardless, I'm watching this because I have a child starting college and live on a meager salary while trying to provide for my kids and stay debt free. If you aren't interested in making extra money because you are so preoccupied with the problems of the world why are you watching? To troll on comments?

@Karyn Calgary the Bible says the LOVE of money is the root of all evil. It also says that God gives us the POWER to get wealth. If you actually read the scriptures, you will find that He does, indeed, bless HIS people, if they earn their riches from GOD and not from ill-gotten gains. For example, He blessed Solomon to be the richest king that ever reigned. Jesus told the parable of the talents (which was referring to money in that context), teaching that if we are good stewards of a few things, He would make us rulers over many. It's all about the condition of the heart. If you love money more than you love God, THATS when you are not covered by His grace. Hope this comment clarifies that. Be blessed.

loved the idea of "Carvertise." Because I already work about 60 hours a week, and that's a way of earning money without more time invested! I doubt if my car is in good enough shape to qualify, but it's a great idea...one day I may have a more decent car, who knows?

However I do recommend focus groups. These are usually higher paying, anywhere from $100-woo for an hour or two of time. It's always bonus $$ to get into these! Thanks for your advice!

Hey! Late to the hustle, I know. I would definitely recommend browsing Craigslist for quick gigs. Anything from house sitting to garage clean outs, setting up tech for technophobes, etc. The larger the area, the more options you have. You can also change the area to search for remote work. If you prefer an app platform, Wonolo is great for short-term gigs as well.

I wouldn't recommend Amazon Flex. They used to pay good at first, you could get your route done within 3 hours for around $68-75 flat rate, then they started doubling the workload/packages to a route, calling it a 3 hour route but was actually 5-6 hours worth of package deliveries for the same flat rate. Then they started making everyone wait in line for 45 minutes to an hour to pick up their packages at the warehouse while they check everyone's ID's and get the boxes ready, so then your 5-6 hours turns into 6-7 hours for the same flat rate. They just kept adding insult to injury at every turn. There are better ways to spend your time making money.
