SLOT ARMY I doubt it lol! my experience is they are greedy. all of gc improvements are paid for by them being so tight. they try to be a 5* but.in reality..ugh! I've spent 16k in the last 2 yrs and only won 1 jackpot of $1379.00
I complained about there dirty rooms and they stopped giving me comps...said I had to earn the gifts the day.of the.promotion..even tho I had over 500 pts on my card every month. The.most GP they ever gave me was $25.....since I complained it went to 10, then 7, then 5....no mystery money or cash. There end of yr statements have been off by 50% from the last two yrs in a row...it's terrible. many ppl complain about them on the elevator lol
