I dont think Decca Wade was around for "Still From The Heart" but I'm sure thats him on drums in this clip. Must be between the 2 albums (1981 sometime). Also, interesting to see Mensi getting fatter from their TOTP appearance a cpl of years b4. LOL. Long Live The Upstarts
