Joker - my 2016 hard candy custom is in the black golf flake - great old school flake. I ordered the mid frame heat deflector, 4.5 stretched bags and today the side panels came in. Spot on color wise. They are professional to deal with (ie. Sam) the packaging was extra special care and tomorrow I receive the rest of my order. Will share a follow up pic but I am very impressed. This is a hard color to get right and they nailed it so far. Big fan of Advanblack - Ride safe.
Hi, thanks for the video. I purchased '14 and up bags for my dad's '03 Road King after seeing the Advanblack video of the easy mod for the one touch bags. They don't fit within the bag guards he had on the bike, but they also sit right up against the V&H pipes. Advanblack advises to loosen and rotate pipes in/out to fit but i have angled pipe ends with logo on top. I noticed you have similar pipe ends that also are not centered within the cut out and very close to the pipe. Did you have similar issues? I'm worried about the heat more than anything but also disappointed in the look.
I had similar problem. I actually ended up changing pipes anyways because those didn’t have baffles and with my stage 4 I didn’t get the back pressure I needed.... but if I recall, I think there was a spacer in the pin hole mount that I removed or I bent the mount in slightly to tilt the top in which rotates the bottom out slightly. Also that makes sense about the full bag guards. They’re different from 14+ but you can swap it for just the friend piece. My 01 road king came with 14+ bags and the front bag guard rail but when I picked up a tour pack used I got 13 down style bags and the full bag guards with it and swapped everything over and keyed it alike. That exhaust issue isn’t not specific to them btw. I have a newer road king now that came with Harley extended bags and I have maybe 1/16” between the bag and my exhaust (s&s el dorado). It worries me some days but I plan to change the pipes soon anyways so I’m not stressing it.
Hey what’s up again. Great video on all the updates. Last time we spoke, u mentioned ur stage 2 speakers didn’t fit the speaker pods and in this video u said they developed a TRIM RING. So I went on they’re website and they specifically stated that the pods don’t accept boom audio and didn’t mention any available adapters. Is this something they specially made for u because I wanna get one?

14 and up dominator rear fender lights dont fit. Poor product and they need lights that actually fit in the holes made for the lights on the fender. They're solution is to give cheesy brackets to attach the tabs that dont line up. They're idea of making the situation right was to send me more lights that dont fit. They need to have lights that actually fit. That's it! Buyer beware.
No, I did the first set of bags, fender ext, and mid frame deflector myself. Then the bike went in for motor upgrades and audio upgrades and ceramic coating. Since they had to install amps in the bags I had them do the install on the replacement bags.
@@cheby56 thanks. I have since moved on to another bike but I keep in touch with the buyer. I do what I can by myself but opening the motor is beyond me.

Klock37 pretty close. Quality was good. Seemed maybe 1mm thinner but nothing that concerned me. I put another 6k miles on the bike after the video.

Wouldn’t know, I didn’t have that kit. Far as I’m concerned they did right by me in the end.
