    500 km to the closest service center? Do you know if Tesla will send mobile service technicians out if the need arises? Enjoy the car and hoping you won't need service too soon. (I saw a youtube video, czcams.com/video/cegPfXAsLn8/video.html, that explains how accommodating Tesla can be for distant owners.)

    salut! la 1 sept am făcut și eu comanda pt M3LR, a doua zi m-a sunat rep vanzari și mi-a confirmat comanda. de 2 zile încerc sa sun pe acel număr și e mereu închis. am încercat și pe cel de fix din București… nimeni nu răspunde… ma poți ajuta cu informații de contact, din câte am văzut tu ai reușit sa contactezi pe cineva… mulțumesc

      Salut, din pacate am trait si eu experienta ta. Incearca saptamana asta in timpul orelor de lucru sa ii mai suni. Consultantul meu avea telefonul inchis in afara orelor de lucru (deci si in weekend). Ii inteleg si pe ei, sunt putini si numarul de comenzi e mare. Zilele astea iarasi au aparut ~100 M3-uri care trebuie livrate, vor fi full.
      Avand in vedere ca ai dat comanda abia pe 1 septembrie, mai ai de asteptat. Daca iei pe PJ da-i drumul cu dosarul pentru Rabla plus, daca iei pe PF te vor suna ei si iti vor spune cand vor avea nevoie de fiscal de la primarie. Stiu ca asteptarea e grea, dar nu te agita de acuma.

      mulțumesc pt răspuns. dosarele de Rabla plus și clasic sunt depuse din 13 sept. in ceea ce privește nr de mobil de pe care am fost sunat e mereu închis… iar la fix nu răspunde nimeni…încerc să-mi păstrez răbdarea! mult succes mâine! așa am înțeles ca îl primești mâine, nu? aștept video cu preluarea mașinii!

      Trebuie răbdare dar merită! Mașina am primit-o, videoclipul nu e filmat azi, urma sa o primesc în ziua de după filmarea asta. Voi mai uploada videoclipuri cu mașina!

      Mai încearcă sa ii suni intre 10 și 18 în timpul săptămânii. De curiozitate, ai nevoie de ceva de la ei sau pentru ce ii contactezi? Imediat după comanda nu prea sunt multe de făcut, mai degrabă în ultimele săptămâni înainte de livrare. Bafta!

      mda, am realizat când am urmărit clipul din nou ca probabil ai ridicat masina. pana la urma ai fost tu la Buc sau au trimis-o ei la tine la TM? eu sunt din SM și am delivery time in dec…

    So much fuss. Everything you said in this video adds to a negative customer experience. Cars and technology should make our life simpler, not creating more stress. Also you pay sooooo much money to be treated like that.

      You are right, I absolutely agree that for this much money the customer should be treated much better. I knew before buying that this wasn't their strong point though.
      Also, I like the fact that there is no need for regular service centre visits, like with regular cars. It might be just me, but I've never been happy with car dealerships. I've seen how friendly salesmen are at the Mercedes dealership in my town when doing a test drive but know how painful it was to work with them when bringing my car in for a repair.
      In the end, the Model 3 does do what you said, it makes my life easier because I can control it (including charging & climate) via the app, it records its surroundings while parked so I have more peace of mind when going to the shops and Autopilot makes most highway drives feel like you're in the passenger seat.
      Nothing is perfect though and I cut Tesla some slack because they just arrived in Romania, these sales advisors are at their first delivery, so they still have stuff to learn.

      @@TheFabytm you are just biased because you like the brand. I'm from Greece. Here they also start recently selling officially the cars. With 1 service center in the whole country... Also if you have a car crash for example and you need body work they can't repair it and the car must co to Austria/Germany or something. It's insane. For it's price category customers must treated very kindly and with respect.

      Well, here in Romania they do have an authorised body shop, so that should be able to fix cosmetic damage. I’m near Hungary, Budapest is much closer to me, heck, Vienna is about as far from me as Bucharest (but much easier to reach due to better roads), so I have a few service options.
      Yes, I am biased, but to be honest, I accept the trade offs. This is finally a car that technologically feels like it’s from the current year!
