there was is a voice saying “start recording” in the audio sample, is that audible to the other caller during the call?
If you want it to. (You can turn that prompt on or off.)

I’d love to use this for all my phone calls at the office, but not having a built in Bluetooth transmitter to use your own earphones/buds, seem like a miss.
