I really like this, Iv'e always been a P40 fan, since I first saw John Wayne in "Flying tigers" back in the 70's.
Banana Hobby..You guys are awesome. I bought MANY planes and parts from you and have had nothing but great experience with you...You guys are so good that when I buy a plane, I just don't buy 1, I buy 2 because I know that the quality and service can't be beat..I just had to return the 1200mm corsair because of 2 servos going out.I was just going to fix it and I asked just for the replacement parts so I can fix it myself, but you guys said NO, I get a whole NEW plane even though I already threw out the fuselage and servos.. Talk about excellent costomer service.. you guys ROCK .. I'm trying to save up for this BIG P-40..I already have 2 of the Super 63" Corsairs and 2 1200mm Corsairs and the F-14,(2) 1400mm Corsairs, the 1400MM Red Taild P-51, the camo F4 Phantom2...Like I said, you guys ROCK ..Thanks :)

Great job Pete. I have been more into civilian scale, but I have to say I would love to add this war bird to my hanger.
That bird is Huge. Out of my price range but a nice plane to have in the hanger if I could afford it. Pete the landing was not that bad.

That plane is huge I'd love to have it but I think I'll get the 55 inch one to go along with my zero witch is also an awesome plane flys great looks great and never gives me a problem thanks again Pete for anouther great plane.

I buy a lot of planes and jets from banana hobby of course you will always run into problems but that's part of the hobby I enjoy fixing them it makes flying them that much more fun.
Why no loops? Is there a problem with the spar in the wing? Looks great. You didn't say much about the scale split flaps. Most of the models out there aren't scale. These are.

I have a friend that has this and it don't look like yours in the fact of power. What upgrades do you have on it ? I just ordered the camo version . Love this plane. I have both the 1600 MM and 1200MM Cosairs.

Certainly not the best performing fighter of WW2, but with that shark's mouth painted on either side of the radiator chin, it's the meanest looking!

i really want to trust you guys im trying to bring myself to order your epo war birds but being burned by nitro plans makes me kinda worried to get one i mean all i want is to fly a plane i love it lol the planes i got from them dont fly my f-18 and p-51 mustang are lemons so i need to know what you can bring cuz i want to order i fell for their videos so i dont want to fooled again

I cant get over how "CHEAP" these planes are,Im not talking in quality I mean in how the prices have come to to fit almost everyone's budget and a such well done models. i hope to cut my teeth on one of these models real soon.

Great review, you need a mic Pete had a very hard time hearing you talk.
You need to educate your manufacturers! Just ONE MORE INCH of wingspan and it would qualify as Giant Scale. At 79" it doesn't cut it!
Been watching some nitro planes... This stuff has a much better production value.

is this 79inch or 55.1 inch? because the video says its 55.1 and the title says 79 and also the website says you get 15 mins of flight time and can be improved if you use the reconmended lipo battery while you say you get 6 mins
Most of the planes u get off the net like banana or nitro are good planes butt don't get a ready to fly get the ARF the u can putt the stuff that should be in there and if u are a beginner get a trainer not a jet or a war bird u have to crawl before u can walk. I sick of all the dummys out there saying the plane was crappy when it was really just a person that don't know what there doing

looks like i am watching the movie pearl harbor during the dog fight between the p-40 and the zero. that would be a cool thing to see by you, having those planes dog fight once again but in rc form.

XXX_SNOOP DOGG_XXX I beg to differ as they were known as the warhawk the kittyhawk and the tomahawk with slight variations but all were basically the same aircraft.
SnoopDogg is correct it's a P-40E Kittyhawk note the upper engine cowl scoop and six gun wings. The later P-40N Warhawk had no upper cowl scoop because it had the supercharged Allison engine.
