深水埗界隈の唐楼を中心にスナップした動画と写真です。
【 西九龍中心 】
ドラゴンセンターは1994年11月に開業した10階建てのショッピングモールです。
元気いっぱいの大きな看板が印象的です。
中は円形吹き抜けで、中央にシースルーのエレベーターが2基設置してあります。
最上階には、現在は稼働していませんがジェットコースターのレールが敷設してあり、まさにドラゴンのようです。
【 醫局街170號 】
1920年代に建てられた第2世代唐楼です。
バルコニーは綺麗に窓枠が入っています。
「一平鏡廠」と言う額縁の製造業者が1977年から使用していましたが、現在は休業しています。
白い建物に赤い文字がカッコイイです。
シャッターが閉まっていましたが、中の蛍光灯が付いていたり、上階へ出入りする方がいたので、使用されているのだと思います。
【 南昌街 117-125號 】
1920～30年代に建てられた、深水埗に残る最大の唐楼群です。
GFは商店などで使用されています。
「南昌押」の南昌街側のネオンサインのサイズが小さくなってます。
【 北河街 141號 】
歩いているときに見かけました。
来歴は不明ですが、恐らく第2世代唐楼だと思います。
綺麗に修復されて「基隆茶餐庁」と言う飲食店が営業していました。
Googleで見ると評価も高いお店なので次回は行ってみたいと思います。

[Dragon Centre]
Dragon Centre is a 10-story shopping mall that opened in November 1994.
The large, energetic sign is very striking.
The inside is a circular atrium with two see-through lift in the middle.
On the top floor, there is a roller coaster track, which is no longer in operation, making it look just like a dragon.
[No. 170 Yee Kuk Street]
This is a second-generation Tang Lau built in the 1920s.
The balcony has beautifully framed windows.
It was used by a picture frame manufacturer called "Yick Ping Factory" in 1977, but is currently closed.
The red lettering on the white building is cool.
The shutters were closed, but the fluorescent lights were on inside and there were people going in and out of the upper floors, so I think it's still in use.
[No. 117-125 Nam cheong Street]
Built in the 1920s and 1930s, this is the largest group of Tang Lau remaining in Sham Shui Po.
The GF is used for shops and other businesses.
The neon sign for "Nam Cheong Pawn Shop" on the Nam Cheong Street side has been reduced in size.
[No. 141 Beihe Street]
I saw this while walking.
Its history is unknown, but I think it's probably a second-generation Tang Lau.
It's been beautifully restored and a restaurant called "Keelung Cha Chaan Teng" is now open for business.
It has a high rating on Google, so I'd like to go there next time.
