Def need more water in that table should be almost to the top of the rails. I added drains and a storage tank to mine and drain after every use. You should also add some sterling cool to the table to control the rust.

Yes sir. We added drains to the underside of the table and allow the water to drain into barrels, Then next time we use air to push it back into the table later after cleaning. Thank you for watching. and i will top up the water.

Langmuir and their service sucks. You need more water in that pan and anti rust.

So far the Langmuir table is doing good for us. It is a learning process though. We drain the table after every use right now until we get the stuff we need.
If you dont mind me asking what happened with your experience with Langmuir.

@@FoothillsAdventures I purchased both the MR1 and the XR which is around $13K. I should have held out to see how the first one worked. The MR has had several issues and the XR has had a few of its own. They use such cheap parts that it causes issues for example I was cutting a 1/8" 4x8 sheet and the THC kept lifting the head which as I am sure you figured out ruined a sheet of steel since I did not sit there and baby sit. The reason why (after hours and hours of testing) was one of the limit switches started creating noise and it was causing voltage changes in the THC that caused the head to raise. These switches are literally .25 cents on Amazon in which they provided a link to. If they would just used a switch that cost $1.00 I probable would not have had these issues. A cable was bad, the program is just awful and they would not fix it. There are still issues with this (CutControl) program. They will never call you back to help on repairs. This doesn't even include the issues I have had with the MR1. OH and finally after 1yr the paint in the table was bubbling causing rust issues and paint bubbles because they did not clean the surface prior to painting it. I hope you have great luck with yours!!
