When you say "Enchanting Experience" did you actually stay there?
I have and it is a lovely place. I’m returning again in sept 24. It’s not noisy, of the evening the pools are light up and there are three restaurant choices two of which you will need to book ahead for. There is a spa room, gym, disco/events room. The pool bar is great and the service is amazing.
The best thing about the hotel is the position. It has a supermarket opposite, plenty of coach tours, It is also not too far to waddle into town which really keeps the noise down at night!
Pool 2 is the better pool……
It’s just a really nice hotel, well run, clean and service staff are amazing.

Is there lifts and ramps for people who cant walk far?
Yeah I’m pretty sure there is lifts but I don’t really remember because last time I was there was like 2 years ago but I’m going next week so I’m probably gonna tell you next week!

they do a lounge with a single bed and a double sofa bed, plus a beds room with twin beds, if this helps
