There’s a theory that Gnosis are tracking devices, which is why he gave his up so easily. That he was sick of Celestia using them as chess pieces. Like possibly he faked his death to further insure that he wasn’t found out by Celestia, or something? Idk, I can’t remember the exact theory.

I didn't put she was from Liyue I put her in the Monstadt place because she lives there now.
Having a vision dosen't have to do anything with the corresponding archon or region, for example Sayu has an anemo vision, she isn't from Monstadt is she?
