Nope.
But Remi isn't a princes, and Youmu is neither a bird nor named Hiroari. ZUN just names his songs about random stuff, not necessarily the character.

to be fair the songs have at least some semblence of relation to the character. for example, youmu is the bird in the hiroari story since she gets shot down by the heroines (hiroari) and attends to the "Corpse" (yuyuko). the actions in their individual roles in relation to the original are a bit weird, but it isn't exactly random either. i guess she asks "who will attend to the corpse" after she is shot down, since she is out for the count, but thats neither here nor there
also, sexybanki is a "nukekubi", a subset of "rokurokubi". despite what her profile says, her detached head does not belong to the rokurokubi, as those are the long-necked youkai you will occasionally see in haunted houses and such (you'll probably see one in any anime with a haunted house, usually as a prop held up with strings or a stick). the nukekubi is a subset with a fully detached head rather than a stretchy neck.
so dullahan and nukekubi are at least similar, aesthetically speaking. dullahan are something along the lines of the grim reaper in irish mythologies though, where as nukekubi are just scary. its like the difference between "you are about to die, so hello" and "hey wanna see something that'll make ya shit your pants?". that and dullahan have this weird thing about splashing people who see them (that aren't about to die) with a large quantity of human blood.
so they are distant cousins, so to speak.

+somaldelhar Sekibanki is actually kind of a weird mix of rokurokubi and nukekubi. She has the stretchy neck thing, but she can also detach her head.

the stretchy neck thing was more danmaku than an actual physical trait. Still, it was probably an intentional mix on zun's part. i doubt he would get something wrong that even kids wouldn't.
