As a day 1 player I agree with a lot of this
My only changes would be:
Moving Klee down 1 tier; there are way too many better pyro DPS in this game to justify pulling for Klee under almost any circumstance, especially with how clunky and slow her attacks are, plus with C6 Bennett almost anyone can be one at least for a little while
Moving Navia up 1 tier; very F2P friendly, one of her best teams are also free (Bennett, XL, Geo MC), still has very good damage without her signature artifact set, and very easy to play
Moving Ayato up 1 tier; solid competitor to Childe, has crit damage ascension and little bit of HP scaling making him a bit easier to build, can also just be used as a burst support like Ganyu, is a normal attack buffer through his burst, has a lot of F2P weapons, is also really easy to play, plus he's hydro which the strongest element in the game in my opinion
Either moving Yae Miko down 1 tier or moving Clorinde up 1 tier; If you don't wanna farm the new domain, TF or Glad Clorinde still performs very well, gets 20% crit rate for free, Finale of the Deep is a very good F2P weapon, and her self healing puts her as a solid competitor to Yae, i think it just comes down to playstyle preference, same with Keqing like you said

I pulled for ayato and even got his best in slot 4 star weapon and his crit ratio is 80/160. I used him very often at the start but now I started regretting it cause my furina and yelan deal more damage than him despite being off field. Lowkey I should have pulled for navia instead of saving up for ayato even though I do like his design and personality, his damage is pretty underwhelming compared to new on field dps characters.
Xiaos best team is one of the top 5 teams in the game and has higher dpr than Neuvi at equal investment with collision plunges, TGS did the calculations in his xiao vs Neuvi video. This tierlist is ridiculous with so many other placements that are also outdated

Exactly. Like yes he is a higher investment, but let's be real, ALL accounts can benefit from Furina, and Xianyun is an excellent healer for Furina teams, plus her exploration is no joke. There's no reason other than personal preference as to why you shouldn't get those, so if you want Xiao then all you really need to worry about is a C6 Faruzan

😆This list is so wild. If you're new to the game I would suggest looking at more than one list before coming to any conclusions.
Xiao and Liney on the same tier as Itto and Yoimiya is crazy.

agreed. lyney should easily be moved up two tiers, Lyney furina vape has some of the highest dps, ranking ayato and tighnari above him, and yoimiya, wriothesley and itto in the same tier as him is comical.

I try to play Diluc. My Xiangling deals more damage. I try to play Yoimiya. My Xiangling deals more damage. I try to play Hu Tao. My Xiangling deals more damage. I want to play Klee. Her best team has Xiangling. I want to play Raiden, Childe. They both want Xiangling.
She grabs me by the throat. I fish for her. I cook for her. I give her The Catch. She isn't satisfied. I pull Engulfing Lightning. "I don't need this much ER" She tells me. "Give me more field time." She grabs Bennett and forces him to throw himself off enemies. "You just need to funnel me more. I can deal more damage with Homa."
I can't pull for Homa, I don't have enough primogems.. Wait a minute, I've given her Homa, what else does she wan- She grabs my credit card. It declines. "Guess this is the end." She grabs Guoba. She says "Guoba, get them." There is no hint of sadness in his eyes. Nothing but pure, no icd pyro application. What a cruel world.

Albedo has crazy damage 50k every 2 seconds making even aloy be able to no dif enemies. He can go on literally any team
Albedo just got a f2p buff in natlan with a craftable defense sword so if you weren't around for the event for albedo
albedo was my first limited 5* and i have him built so well that he actually does decent damage with his skill, i add him on teams just for the extra damage
That's the point of albedo and if u have geo teams he will be so good with them + the girl in the video doesn't know shit she just give people what they want to see not the actual truth

Good List I liked it but of course there are many small things I disagree with but I'll put this out instead
I'll never consider arlecchino on a similar level to neuvillette and I'm not saying I hate her because I do like playing her its just from an outside lens she can carry your DMG in a team but outside of dying quickly to burning grass in the overworld my biggest gripe is if you're a new player looking at list showing a character is so good that everyone can immediately pick up and get value out of them while true to some extent but it depends on the other units you own that will impact how valuable going for other units can be
I've watched a lot account abyss help after her release and a lot of accounts had arlecchino but they struggled because their build either wasn't good enough or lack of supports being built and *even sometimes that they had everything but couldn't play arlecchino well* (Even At C0 R1)
I won't consider arlecchino near neuvillette's level due to her needing to be played well in execution similar to alhaitham
Hu Tao number 1 only need her solo but with furina yelan xianyun she will never go down 🗣️🗣️🗣️

DPS + Self Heal = One Man Army haha. Of course, his only weakness is hydro enemies. Other than that, nothing stands in his way, obliterating everything with his kamehameha.
Almost got powercreep by a shark girl,who cares about self sustain like you need to run a sustain with him anyway.

As someone who has tried and failed to ride the raiden/keqing hype, being a Clorinde main makes me feel so elite ✨

I know qiqi is not that great since she barely applies any cryo and has no other utility aside from healing.
But she has no energy problems at all, IF YOU LEVEL HER UP. If you unlock all of her talents she basically has 100% heal time and ist heals a insane amount.
If played correctly she only needs to enter the field for 3/4 seconds and she heals so much you wont need her burst at all unless its a emergency

damn I have everyone from the "very worth" tier with the only exception being zhongli which I will NEVER pull because ik I'll regret getting him coz he just makes the game, which is not hard to begin with,10x easier. Really looking forward to the future "very worth" characters tho.

I think you can keep nilou , yae and jean all into the nice pull because they all are a downgrade when you compare to alhaitham - who is like a tier above .
Personally i would put cyno in " meh " too because chars like that need a fully functional team.
I am biased so i NEED TO SAY THAT XIAO IS NICE PULL HOW COME XIANYUN GOES HIGH AND XIAO IN MEH AND WRIO TOO?? I HAVE A AN ACC DEDICATED TO XIAO AND WRIO .😂

So with the upcoming free 5 star, the ranking of the standard banner characters is very important. This is my objective subjective list
Tighnari>Jean>Keqing>Mona>Diluc>Dehya>Qiqi
Mona can do a very good (de)buff that will have very big number, but it only lasts 4.5 seconds so if you dont have a character who can take advantage of that, like Raiden or Arlecchino, whelp
Raiden is nice pull not very worth
If someone need sheild for neuvillette
