I don't understand who or what decides a song's difficulty. Some songs people say are easy I feel I can't sing, and the reverse. Like can anyone sing Mel C "That's who I am"? She sings it so well but something about the scale or arrangement (sorry I'm no professional musician) like it's the worst for me, but maybe it's easy for some???

Very impressive. What a voice. Great Technique. 100+/100 The original by Jefferson is a piece of art and but the voice of this lady in this cover in all sence is expectacular. This lady is amazing.

She did such a fantastic job on that song. She didn't even sound like she ever hit falsetto. That all sounded like diaphragm. Her voice was super clean also. I bet she could hit whistle register with some work.

She sounds great. I was privileged to see Jefferson Starship at 16 years old at Stanford University football field when this album was released. I saw Micky sing again 10 years ago at Santa Cruz beach board walk. He sounded exactly the same. Amazing singer. Simply amazing.

good observation. it is one of the fundamental "tricks" in singing. To mentally think higher than the note your about to reach for. Not note wise higher, but just the essence of higher if you know what i mean. works every time!

I have said it before and I say it again, for me Gabriela is among or is the best Rock and Roll voices of all time. Her amazing power blended with an awesome voice and timbre. Also her ability to do clean belts and still sound as good or even better than several Rock and Roll legends and also her ability to sing dirty or raspy where it needs to be.

Even when Mariah Carey has or had three times her vocal range, her perfect technique, with powerful belts that are out of this world, and then the way she mixes her voice making it seem like she never left the chest voice.
***** Well listen to her cover of Jeff Buckley. In my opinion no one could ever touch his style but somehow she nailed it. I yet have to see her vocal range, and it doesn't sound as good as many other vocalists out there. But her power, voice and emotion that she puts into that song. However that is my opinion and if you think there are way better singers please tell me and I will be glad to listen to them. I do not care to make an argument I just love to listen to new artists I have not heard before.

I genuinely like how she sings, in my opinion she has the right amount of power and tone.
But what set her apart from other female vocalists, for me, was her cover of Jeff Buckley (One of my all time favorite singers). It was the first time I heard a cover of that song done right.

It's one year today I joined ktva and I'm still growing my voice. You will never find a better course and this wonderful,effortless demonstration is pretty much all you need to convince you.
Put the time in... dedicate yourself and you'll see.
I've never had one lesson with him myself... Like he says in his course everything you need is there and more. The forums are very helpful too if you do get stuck.
All you have to do is take your time..pay attention to the instructions and monitor yourself with your progress.
Don't plough through the volumes... Get them right then move on. There is no rush.
It's the best money I've ever spent on myself.
I practice the volumes around 2 hours or more a day and very rarely miss a day.
You will see results pretty fast if you put that time in.

If I hadn't invested in this course I would have had pretty much no voice left at all and that's the gods honest truth.
My voice was slowly deteriorating because of bad techniques.
I am not afraid to admit that.
I have been singing in pubs and clubs for a good few years and always had a fair bit of praise but I knew deep down something wasn't right.
It's all happened at the right time for me and I'm forever thankful.
