    I love that you added the vents on the jaw area! most people just paint those lines blue and it kinda lacks in detail but good on you!

    This is great, I live in a single bedroom Apt and I have a resin mold of the Episode 3 helmet. and just trimming and sanding that thing, is a big project I can only do outside.

      same spot here but 14, he sells 3d prints for 100 to 250 bucks, then you paint the hemet

    GO BIG RED! funny coincidence, I have alot of cousins in Nebraska and some of them do this sort of thing with 3D printing but I have never met them, anyways keep up the good work and maybe you could do a phase 1 clone trooper helmet that would be awesome, Im also considering buying an arc trooper helmet from you soon

    I would love to own one of these however I’m disappointed that i have to spend like $200 on a non complete helmet which requires gear I don’t own to build. If anyone knows where can I buy this stuff Ready made?

    You should make an iron Man stormtrooper crossover. Maybe take an imperial era trooper helmet and hit it with gold and red, possibly an "arc reactor" light on the forehead lol

    So love the videos man, really do. Bought the Arc Trooper helmet from you recently and saw ya did a 2.0 version which got emailed over. But I got questions as to what your print settings are or what you expect for print time would be? I'm currently set up at .28 layer height so kind of on the low end of quality and using supports. My printer is moving at 50mm at 10% infill cause continued vibrations going any faster will cause the locking bolts to shake loose and then create a layer shift on my S5. So right now I'm looking at 10 days, which is better than the 19 I originally was getting. Any advice?

    What layer height are you using when prining along with infill percentage. Im using the thingaverse files cause i refuse to spend 70 on an stl file (source file no problem but not an stl) and it seems alot differnt then the do3d one you use.

      I don’t know, you should probably ask someone that knows how 3D printers work, or ask a Print, Art, Craft or stationary shops.
