Why did we start this channel? I've struggled with resting and dealt with anxiety for my entire life. This channel is part of my journey to better sleep. Here's what we're currently using on our sleep journey (note some of these links may be affiliate links to help support the channel).

Jeremy never has any questions. Or problems. Or issues. He’s the most content man on the planet. I’ll bet his blood pressure is 20 over 10. Anyone would be living with Hannah’s incredibly soothing voice. I very much hope this channel gets millions of viewers but doesn’t change at all. Keep up the good work. This is the best asmr ever. I mean that.

Hannah sounds like an expert in just about every one of their videos. I remember saying to my self. “She must be a tailor”. Then Chiropractor. It took me a few careers to finally say” ooohhhh! Ok. She is just acting”. So good.

I thought the same thing! The first one I saw was the Alexander technique video. I actually thought it was just a demonstration of the Alexander technique and watched because it was so tingly. By far their best video imho and I'm hoping for a part 2 tbh. Didn't realize it was ASMR until I saw another of their videos and subscribed immediately. She'd make a great actress on top of all her many careers!

Great ASMR! I also love that her every move is picked up by the microphone. It almost sounds like the light, crackling sound of a needle on a record. So soothing and giving tingles. 😌
