Thats Zagallo...who won 3 world cups...2 as a player and 1 as a manager..he also won a 4th as a assistant manager but im not sure if I should count that..he's competed in 7 world cups and went to the final 5 times...I guess he's almost 100yo now
Just googled it and Fifa does recognize his 4th world cup title as a assistant manager...damn
Wiki: "He holds the record for World Cup titles in general with four titles in total. He was the first person to win the FIFA World Cup as both a manager and as a player, winning the competition in 1958 and 1962 as a player, in 1970 as manager, and in 1994 as assistant manager.[1] Zagallo also coached Brazil in 1974 (finishing fourth) and in 1998 (finishing as runners-up) and was a technical assistant in 2006. He is the first of three men, along with Germany's Franz Beckenbauer and France's Didier Deschamps to have won the World Cup as a player and as a manager and the only one that has done it more than twice.
In 1992, Zagallo received the FIFA Order of Merit, the highest honour awarded by FIFA, for his contributions to football.[2] He was named the 9th Greatest Manager of All Time by World Soccer Magazine in 2013.[3][4]"

He developed Van Basten who won 3 Ballon D'ors despite retiring at 26 (could've had 5+ Ballon d'ors without injury problems) he helped develop Romario the only football player in history with over 1000 official career goals, he was Pep Guardiola's mentor, laying the foundation for Tiki Taka and he invented 4-3-3 the most popular formation of modern football. And he achieved all this while being a chainsmoker (I don't know how much he actually smoked but allegedly alot), there's even a picture of him smoking a cigarette during half time of the world cup final, this shit was too easy for him 😂

The most hliarious thing was his talking. He analysed football in a way nobody could understand it. As if a university professor tries to educate a kid of 4 the in and outs of university economics.
Some of his quotes have become part of the Dutch language like: every disadvantage has its advantage. It's so true.

Johan deserves to be in the top three because he literally changed the game, the first modern player in football, and it's amazing how some things are connect. Cryuf as a couch found a young player who wasn't fast or strong, but could control games like anyone... Guardiola, then Guardiola as a coach found a player who was slow, not strong but with the skill of control the tempo and see the game like Johan... Busquet. Fun fact, when Messi won his first Ballon d'Or, Cruyf said if Messi can provide the right pass and when to dribble he wil lwin 5, 6, 7 Ballons d'Or. Johan was a beast.
