His cadence was actually quite graceful. Most people look like they are sprinting while running at that speed while he looked like he wasn't even trying.

His 400m time is about 68 seconds which an athletic individual with little training can do.
Maybe with the natural sprinting build you could with little training but I know very athletic distance runners on my team who go just under 68
