@@youhavenowon as much as I think these kids are talented, I cant deny the truth in this. A lot of the attention they get, in these respects, stems from the fact that they're backed by the same group that brought out the phenomena that is BTS.
I hope these kids get the chance to grow into a group as big as BTS too, but please let them do it at their own time. Pushing fame onto an artist helps no one.

@@muse4477 It's definitely not an insult to anyone. The company puts in the work and does their best for their artists which I respect a lot. At the time BTS had debuted Bighit was a small company and the media was playing hardball with them and not giving them a lot of performance time even though they had a growing fan base. Right now they are powerful enough to go toe-to-toe with any of the 'Big 3" companies and the media is taking notice, they aren't being blackballed anymore. So as a rookie group who debuted this year TXT was given enough stage time even though BTS had a hard time getting the same performance time at this stage in their career. Most companies as they grow take on more artists and what I've seen is that they cannot handle doing the best for the individual artists in their care. Bighit is different, it's growing and expanding but it continues to do its best for their artist. I don't know why that comes across any different.

It's hard to live on BTS's shadow especially when they are the biggest kpop group right now, it's like having a genius and very popular big brother everyone is fawning over and the people around you is expecting that you are also that good too and you need to live up to these expectations, TXT didn't have it easy, yes, BTS have it rough especially when they are rookies and even today I still happy cry everytime I watch as they get their very first daesang but imagine the pressure TXT is feeling of having to surpass or to be at par to BTS in the future, they are all hardworking and not one of them is having it easy, they need to double their efforts so that they can keep up and that is very admirable of them. So dont hate on them thinking they are only known because they are riding on BTS' popularity, they are where they are right now because they are working very hard, they also have very good personalities and attitudes so I don't see where the hate coming from and why should anyone should hate on them. This kind of haters just reminds me of people who hated BTS without any reason whatsoever. Just watch them before you judge anyone and I'm sure you will also become a fan of both BTS and TXT.

They're indeed privileged, privileged as in they're given a stage that has good production value, and privileged doesn't makes a group less talented, I don't see why people gets upset when certain group is called privileged, in fact its a good thing that the groups gets to unleashed their full potential with the materials/productions given. The shadow part was so freaking cool! Also loved the message behind it! They were able to destroy the evil only together, and even if you feel like you are an outcast just cause you are different, you should embrace it anyway, cause we Are all a little different after all
Props to big hit (and txt ofc) for making this possible... I was so shocked by how they turned the stage into a LIVE movie that was shot on stage... Everybody did their job so perfectly... The camera operators.. The choreography.. The characters.. And the stage managers

I honestly have no idea which parts were my favourite the VCR, the intro, when they were singing their song, the break dance or the shadow performance, it was all so good. Why do you do this to me. If MMA performance was this good imagine what MAMA would be like.
Although I think Bighit always saves the best for MMA, not MAMA.
They will be given a shorter performance time in mama unlike mma, not only becoz they are rookies but becoz a lot of performers are in the line up unlike here. I think BH gave more production value for this than their mama prod. But will still look forward for them on Wed :))

TXT express their story in a very unique way. I thought it was going to be the original with some break dance or remix didnt expect this at all~ The shadow dance was unique and I think no idols have done it before(imaybewrong) This is unique and yeah ROTY i swhat they really deserve

Loved the performance! Literally shows why they are more than qualified to be ROTY. More people are starting to see just how hard they work and how serious they are about their artistry. So proud and I was literally floored at the performance...it was veteran quality!!

I like how they still stand out even without the dark concept. They prove that, "everyone can shine in his own way". TXT performance is very magical. It's not easy to dance on the floor but it’s look like you're floating. And if you pay close attention, you will see how their movements are very symmetrical and harmonious as a team. I used to learn dance and the teacher said, "It's easy to do powerful moves, the difficult thing is to make beautiful movements with the right proportions". In my opinion, this was really a beautiful performance.

I'm so glad that even tho TXT is being handed the privilege to have this kind of performance (in comparison to what is being handed to other rookie groups), Big Hit still reminds them to remain their feet on the ground. They are famous, literally famous, but they see themselves as a rookie group with humble beginnings. They even got shock on winning Worldwide Fans' Choice in MAMA. I'm so happy with how BH made them grow, they are growing in authenticity and humility, not giving them the golden spoon that they should have gotten. Kudos Big Hit!

Lol no they do got the golden spoon. They got it very easy riding on BTS’s fame and BH is also more powerful now so life is much more easier for these new kids. Nothing special here.
TKay64 yea sure they got privileges, but they still work as hard and its not like they r giving them the easy way, the also do have talent, but its hard to show that bc they are overlooked as only being popular bc of bts. Although in reality they receive a lot of hate for being bts’ juniors. So sorry that you couldnt see that they are hard workers who also have talent

They got a lot of hype from BTS during Crown era but after that only TXT fans (Moa) stayed. little thing i noticed, when yeonjun was dancing alone with a whale in the bg that whale is the 52 hz whale (loneliest creature in the world) it shows how they were all alone until they found each other and "run away" to escape their problems. and the next chapter/ song might be eternity.

@@confuzzledlorere8118 hearing them breathing doesn't mean it is live haha, they're not stupid so when they prerecord, they make sure it is not "perfect" so that people like you believe it's live :))

I'm an army but i found out TXT through their debut stage and spotify, I didn't know they were from bighit, because at that time the name I saw was Tomorrow by Together and not TXT and my dumbass brain didn't put two and two together. I stan them because of their talent, their concept and their uniqueness, not because they are so called "BTS' little brother".

I did get to know them through BTS related content but I'm glad. I think they can be similar to BTS in some of the aspects that depend on the company: the quality of the scenography and music videos, the complexity of the concept and narrative universe and the style of their choreos. They obviously share some creative staff and I think that's not a bad thing to point out. It's clear that the people behind a performance like this are great professionals, same goes with BTS performances. You can also say that the company definitely has good vision in casting cause the members of both bands are very talented and balanced (all of them can do everything very well even if they excel at one or two things mostly). I think those are the reasons why they're called BTS little brothers, not in a diminishing way, but it's true that they share some characteristics that other bands don't have. That said, they have their own style and personality and of course the shadow of BTS is big but, and I say this as an army, I do not think they need to match or that people should compare. I think they have a very good journey on their own ahead, the content they make is really fresh and original, the music videos and films are intriguing, performances like this are unique, they had a very good quality even from debut. I discovered them pretty recently and I'm already hooked. I think they are similar to BTS in the best way possible, they even (admittedly) got some inspiration from them, but they also bring new stuff to the table. I think that it's inevitable that many people relate them to BTS but that doesn't mean they are less or a copy.

i'm wondering why would they include the "devil" in their performance? battling the devil seem like a "good" meaning. but why can't they think another way to convey a positive message? i moved from american pop to kpop cuz american pop full of illuminati, mind control thing. now kpop just made these talented boys as illuminati puppets too. sigh. i miss the day when we just get good music without heavy symbolic things.

@@prettysavage4 any genuine artist utilizes symbolism to convey powerful messages, no matter the genre/industry. that is the beauty of music♡ it's wonderful when it makes you feel good of course, but music is meant to be so much more than just a catchy hook.
@@prettysavage4 it's not about being controlled, as far as i know (i don't know the details) txt has been giving a message about growing up and the things we go through in the transition between being a child, a teenager and an adult. their debut, crown, it's about a boy who suddenly wakes up with horns - he hates it but slowly learns how to love it, meaning he's growing up and going through unexpected things but he realizes (with the help of his friends) he's strong enough to overcome them. that's the positive message they try to convey, to fall and rise with the hardships youth brings. basically, youth can be good and bad so it's unrealistic to ask for a perfomance where they only show the good side. so yeah, it's def not about illuminati; in fact it's way deeper than what i tried to explain. (moas pls feel free to correct me)
I have to say that before I doubted Huenigkai as a dancer but after this performance I think he is one of the best dancers in TXT.
