Based on your last video, I dont thing you're missing anything in your carry. Use what you carry and carry what you use. I really appreciate your different approach to the EDC community and lifestyle; a real "no nonsense" outlook. I like it. Keep it up 👍
cool video man here is my edc set up trayvax element wallet benchmade bailout pocket knife we knives pry bar prometheus copper flashlight sog powerpint alox victornox cadet casio gshock 9400 rangeman watch and a canadian coin ring that i wear on a silver chain the coin is minted the same year i was born 1976 so its 47 years lol
Good stuff bro. Definitely a different approach to edc than a lot of other channels. A little more real daily use which I appreciate. I like some of the other stuff but really there is only so much shit I can carry in my pockets without it weighing me down. Keep up the good content 👍🏽
this is an update from my original comment 16 months ago Knife: I generally prefer full size(3.5in) or larger and I'm a fan of crossbar locks No real change with this carry. Pen: I've settled on Zebra pens for mix of quality and lower price since I have had some stolen by coworkers currently use a modified sarasa with an ultra fine tip ink barrel. I keep a stash of dollar store note pads around. No change here either Watch: I'd prefer a water resistant timex expedition however I'm wearing a samsung watch. Flashlight: this one I am all over the place I prefer a light with multiple modes and preferably a moonlight mode. I also prefer a clip I can attach to my hat (which is always part of my edc) for hands free operation. Then there's batteries or rechargeable with a battery option I can just drop in a new one and keep rolling if I drain a rechargeable then its out of action for however long it takes to recharge it. For the spring and summer since the nights are shorter I prefer to carry lights that run on AA or 14500 batteries and the streamlight Protac 1L-1AA is my daily driver. I also added a rovyvon A8 to my keyring . Multitool: currently I'm carrying a leatherman surge that has served me well with it's 2 knife blades, scissors, pliers and bit kit. No change yet however I am looking at the juice or power pint. Wallet and cash: I'm using a "ridge" like wallet to carry a few cards and a money clip for cash which I usually keep a 20 dollar bill or 2 just in case. I recently got the Grid wallet which resembles Ridge Cordage: I keep some 550 and 1100 cord in my vehicle too. Still the same Lighter: This another undecided choice for me I carry and prefer a butane torch and I have a habit of buying value packs of bic and/or scripto (do you know the scripto hack?) lighters that I keep a few in various jackets and in our vehicles. I like bics for "just in case " it runs out of fuel I can still use the flint for a spark. No change to this either Battery bank: much like you I have them all over the place too along with a charger cord or 2 for phones and flashlights. I have added a few more in my vehicle. Water bottle: I prefer steel water bottles because worse case I can boil said water for a variety of reasons such as purification, cooking, ect. I switched to a Klean Kanteen because it's a single wall steel water bottle. Hat: Preferably a baseball style which has a bill stiff enough to support a small flashlight for hands free operation, provide shade for my eyes on sunny days, and as a handle to fan flames as I'm building a campfire which can happen often while I'm fishing throughout the year in Delaware. Still wearing this everyday Gloves: I always have a pair or 2 of work gloves in my vehicles for duties such as collecting firewood, changing a tire during cold weather, and other tasks. This is my lineup. What do you think? They're still in the vehicle and come in handy during warmer weather too. Hanks: I added this to the carry however, mine is a 6x8 microfiber/absorbent cotton 1 side to clean my glasses, phone screen, ect and the other side to serve as an impromptu napkin for wiping my hands, face, wipe up spilled liquids. this my updated carry so what do you think? nice edc man i rock the bailout too i love it mine has the black handle though wheres your multi tool at ??? but its a good setup over all keep up the good work man
id add a prybrid, i like the older od green one with the trapezoidal blades, its nice to have a blade you can gunk up in addition to your main knife, and it covers that role, caplifter, and a decent prybar all in one.
Awesome video, the watch with a compass is a perfect addition, and it's great to see how it can come in handy during outdoor activities. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and experiences with us.
Hey I'm pretty new to your channel but I have what is probably a simple question for you to answer. Have you done or will you do a video that I can save that is all gear from veteran owned companies? I'm talking about packs, pouches, knives, mini prybars, keychains, and whatever else you would feel like should be mentioned in that video. I've enjoyed your videos and content and your honesty about products.
You notice so ironic is that I feel the same way about the t a n t o blade, I've got that same model bailout that you do and I love that thing I carry it almost more than anything else I have I have several bug outs that I love but I keep one in my EDC pouch because it's lightweight So I'm definitely with you on the blade, I'm starting to enjoy your show more keep up the good work
Outstanding presentation. I have been a fan of the Trayvax wallet for a while; similar to your Axwell in many ways. Also, I like to have a simple Bic lighter in my pocket as well. Small variations on the theme. Most likely modifications based on the what and where.
A small hank with a microfiber side might be a good lightweight addition. Doesn't look like you carry much that would need cleaning with it though (sunglasses, phone screen?) but I use mine all the time to keep my glasses clean!
I have the bailout too, it was expensive but I like it. I keep lying to myself I'll need the glass breaker one day. It's def taken the hardest beating out of my rotation. Other then that I prefer leather items, these metal wallets I find screw up my cards over time.
EAT CROW. Provide yourself some personal protection: a handgun and spare mag (dont forget holster). A bleed kit. Maybe pepper spray. Possibly a collapsible baton. (non lethal items)
Get a little Victorinox with scissors and tweezers for Dad-tasks like pulling splinters and cutting little fingernails. If you don't want to eat crow, buy a bottle of Old Crow so you can drink it instead.
I know how much you hate pocket checks. This is the closest we'll get. 😆 Serially tho, thank you for the content, brother. 🤙🏽 P.S.- I love my damn bailout. P.P.S.- everybody get your coms in check. If anything, at least get a Wally world special family pack of rechargeables. (Hopefully usb c)
Two things i notice you dont carry currently, power bank and a micro phone charger… do you consider it a teir 2 investment where you put it in your backpack?

Besides a gun.
Awesome EDC items…TFS…”Eat Crow”…Salute!!!🍃🍃🍃
missing the mini bolt cutters, those are a must have........

If you have young kids the SAK Rambler is an ideal edc tool.
nice edc man i rock the bailout too i love it mine has the black handle though wheres your multi tool at ??? but its a good setup over all keep up the good work man
Yes! Green machine! Green machine! Green machine!
I like the bailout but like you said I prefer a drop point it's just easier to sharpen and maintain
id add a prybrid, i like the older od green one with the trapezoidal blades, its nice to have a blade you can gunk up in addition to your main knife, and it covers that role, caplifter, and a decent prybar all in one.
Eat Crow!!!
Nice carry… nothing’s missing… sometimes less is more, sometimes more is more. It is what it is.
That green aesthetic though… 🤌
for the orbit key, I just use a nickel to tighten it. No need for a screwdriver.
I like it small compact only thing I would add leather man or some kind multi tool flash light I like have look for that
Thanks for your service
Like it. I just added a pen. Still trying to figure out my key situation.
Awesome video, the watch with a compass is a perfect addition, and it's great to see how it can come in handy during outdoor activities. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and experiences with us.
Man awesome video. Love the B roll and editing. The only thing extra I carry is a pen and a hank to clean my glasses or screen with. “Eat Crow”
Maybe try the Jibbon Key Organiser? It's very similar to the one you're using, but little less maintenance is required.
Just picked one up. I am excited.

I've got the same strap compass on my watch
Sweet summer carry X!

Nice review. Thanks. Have been looking for a *torch* 😁 like that Nitecore, so I will check that out.
Some great stuff!
A SUUNTO Clipper watch compass is an excellent value alternative. A lighter add to look at is the Explorer Plasma (no good for cigars though).
Outstanding presentation.

They have notepad wallets that look pretty good too
EAT CROW, GREAT LOOKING CARRY THO! YES, I'M YELLING!
Thank you for your service

Yeah that crap is in my EDC bag
X... Might have to eat crow... I like the axewell!

Eat crow! I’m really liking the new leather Ridge wallet, check it out!
EAT CROW. Provide yourself some personal protection: a handgun and spare mag (dont forget holster). A bleed kit. Maybe pepper spray. Possibly a collapsible baton. (non lethal items)
Nice matchy match edc kit
Get a little Victorinox with scissors and tweezers for Dad-tasks like pulling splinters and cutting little fingernails.
If you don't want to eat crow, buy a bottle of Old Crow so you can drink it instead.
Missing a ferrorod and a Knippex adjustable wrench....
I know how much you hate pocket checks. This is the closest we'll get. 😆

P.S.- I love my damn bailout.

Two things i notice you dont carry currently, power bank and a micro phone charger… do you consider it a teir 2 investment where you put it in your backpack?

@marinex wassup brotha, love the content especially this green color scheme. I’m curious to know what LV box that is.
It's called a Trunk Clock. It's apart of my desk setup
@@MarineX thank you family
“Eat Crow” 🤐
Eat crow! Will definitely check that wallet out.
You might not need a multitool and you definitely don't need pocket trash but I think as a creator especially, you need a pen and notepad.
Eat Crow lol!
Are you carrying a firearm?
Nice video
Nice explanation
Eat crow haha
Your missing a olight o-pen! And you will eat crow
You are missing a blaster for starters! How can you call yourself a Devil Dog and not have a blaster on you at all times!
He carries a little 380.
Eat Crow
