What breaks my heart is knowing a person who experience sexual abuse at a young age, is more likely become victim to it again. The fact her parents did not help her, put less believes her, made her psychological and mental state 20x worse

It must have been such a relief to this woman to be told that her response is reasonable. She didn't fail--she responded in a way that makes sense considering her circumstances. And now she can, with the right help, rise above.
People don’t understand that once the sexual abuse starts, it’s like a snowball effect. You’re more likely to be raped multiple times, abused multiple times. People start to think you’re making it up for attention but that’s not the case. That’s why many of us stay silent.

Niki Tee Therapy CAN help with OCD, but in my experience, it’s important, if possible, to find someone who Specializes.

Dr Phil for a smart Man U can’t spell attempts
She needs to reduce gluten intake and sugar.. She needs a Honey Peanutbutter sandwich in the Morning on Wheat Bread to start the Iron put back into her Body.. she can have Avocado Salad.. I am guessing she is trying for Vegetarian Diet.. So, cut the milk and Cereal at night because the sugar of the Cake is mixed with the milk producing what she Identifies as Fat.. but it is swollen and excited muscle that is lacking of iron in her blood.. if she fixes her diet along the lines to actually line up basic human needs to survive, her fibromyalgia will start to subside. Eat Fruits at night to relace the cake.. different fruits please.. they have different nutritional values.. but provide water to your system for at night comfort and recovery. Your system might feel shocked.. give it 4 days and then muscle recovery will be easier.. your system is fighting you causing panic because of hydration and lack of iron in your blood.. natural sugars are better than processed food like icing..
