Thanks awfully! That's a huge help. Subscribed.
On a lighter note, could you possibly please help me with the "tears in rain monologue"?
"I've seen things you people wouldn't believe... Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion... I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhäuser Gate. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain... Time to die."
    Namely,
    - is "tears in rain" instead of "tears in THE rain" correct? Or both versions are correct?
    - what do "attack ships on fire" mean?
Thank you in advance for your possible help on this.

Thanks for subscribing, I hope you find the other videos helpful. regarding the Blade Runner monologue - 'the' in English is used to emphasise a particular thing like, the tree is a specific tree whereas a tree is any. Here the speaker misses out using either ‘ the’ or ‘this’ and by doing so suggests there is no difference between tears and rain in any form.
Attack boats are war ships and on fire mean they themselves have been attacked and damaged. hope this helps
