Man barbs fish was stressing me out! Trying to teach someone to keep their rod tip down takes years of effort and practice, it's so hard to not let your Adrenaline get the best of you! It's happened to all of us. Took me 20+plus years to become better at it!

I notice when you guys have follower fish coming close to the boat y'all never do figure 8s with your lures at the boat... Them musky will act on a swift turning bait at the boat

hey lee. not a criticism at all more curious as you totally have an approach and strategy when you hit the water but interested to understand the approach for throwing the same lure and same color as your partner on this day? you did switch to a medusa later on but you threw the same jerk bait for at least the first half
The bigger fish were moving on the 6.5" but wouldn't bite. I tried several other lure with no other action so I kept going back to the orange 5 5".

Quick question, I’m only familiar with stained and dirty water muskie fishing. However, I’m in Boulder Junction for the summer, so I need to learn a few things about clear water muskies. Are you concerned with a bait that has a large splash in clear water?

No but you can get them in prescription which fit into frame perfectly so you can still cha get lens colors.
