  • In this part of the EVPN-VXLAN series, we will look at the different EVPN (Ethernet Virtual Private Network) service models. To be specific there are 3 types of EVPN models and these are:
    - VLAN Based Service Interface
    - VLAN Bundle Service Interface
    - VLAN Aware Bundle Service Interface
In this video we'll go through what each of these service models are and of course how they differentiate from one another plus their benefits and disadvantages.

FYI this is part 6 not part 7 as I mentioned in the opening introduction. Got my parts of the series all mixed up 🤣

@Netcademy your concept for EVPNS and Vxlan is great. I have been working with those 5 years now. I would love to see ACI structures (leaf-Spine using Cisco platform-not sure if you have covered those already)

@@XZIBIT256 hey, thanks for the great feedback!!! Unfortunately I won’t be covering ACI as I work for Juniper. So as you can imagine there’s a conflict of interests there 😂 But I plan to cover Apstra at some point!

@Netcademy I totally understand you. Personally, I was "raised" on the mythical "mx480" during the previous decade, and I love Juniper because among other, they only have one cmd for the light levels no matter the hardware unlike some "others". 😂😂😂
