I have loved FSL since I started out in the world of embroidery, this software looks amazing, but at $500 is not something I can consider purchasing just now. I work in PE10 and was hoping you would be showing us how to create lace in our current software.
I do have a beginner lace class in Hatch - check it out and you can pick up on how to create it in PEDesign 10

I can’t get the lace program to open can you demo that?
the program comes on a disk, so pop the disk in and follow the instructions. Once you have that going on, follow the instructions to register your software.

i need to get a computer! i have a chromebook so i cant download programs. but this would definitely be worth it. can you make a design from scratch? like draw out a shape they dont have? i was about to hire someone to digitize for me, but I think it in the long run i think it would be cheaper for me to learn it myself

WSs or water soluble stabilizer - you just add water and the stabilizer disappears!
How do you convert your design to a PES file? I have the program and looking forward to stitching it out.. Thanks
All you have to do is “save as” and there is an arrow for a drop down menu (it defaults to the C2S working file), find PES and save.

Hi, Does embird software has the stippling feature ( similar to quilting) alike in wilcom? It is not easy to do that manually by hand even in illustrator.
YES, embird does have the stippling feature - it is under motif fills and there are a couple of versions of it.
@@OMLembroidery Hi, there are options like meanders 4/2*2 under motif section but the tools do not care about the shape of the object you draw or import as vector file but use the path as a mask. They are just patterns fill like in illustrator not parametric fill. It does not care about the curves or simply the shape of the object. In other words, those motifs do not calculate the stippling boundaries based on the parabolic or curved edges of the shape itself like a heart shape. That is the problem.
