Thanks for the informative video and being patient. The boys and I are just getting into air soft in 2020 and they broke a lancer tactical hi cap clip by over winding the Spring. Basically at today's prices just throw it away and buy a new one👍
I've got a TM g36 hi-cap. I've opened it and inspected the parts. Seems okay and It winds okay, but it will feed for a while then stop while being under tension. Whacking usually dislodges whatever it get's hung up on continues to feed until it locks up again. Any idea what's going on with it?
Hi Pal! Can you tell me for what is the metal semi-circle piece used for? (and the big wheel at the top of the drum). I'we a mid cap and the big wheel axe is broken, so I don't know if it's needed for any other thing that bouncing the bbs..... thanks!

no just get a old mag get a flat head and a small crew driver and press the thin buttons and it should pop out then when it does unscrew everything and split it and you will see the spring and all u have to do is install it into your other mag i am doing it now and it works

3 years later but that half wheel is a buffer for the spring tension. It protects the spring for tension shock if the spring gets released.
Is there an easier way to re-wind the coil?
did you rewind the spring ?

This little spring to the left of the metal spring system keeps coming out and the main cog won’t stay in place to keep the spring wound
allen wrenches and torx screwdrivers are easily found in a hardware store.

14.....14 was the amount of Bb's that were jammed in my magazine Jesus.
I took mine apart and found a piece of extra molded plastic blocking the spring.
