PERFECT sous vide chicken EVERY TIME!

  • Instructions:
    1. Set your @ninjakitchensg Foodi Multi Cooker OP350 on the sous vide function at 65C.
    2. On your chopping board, season chicken breast with salt, pepper and drizzle of oil. Place in zip lock bags, pushing air out so it’s vacuum-tight.
    3. Once your Foodi reaches 65C, drop zip lock bags, ensuring the chicken breast are all submerged.
    4. Sous vide for 55 minutes.
    5. Remove ziplock bags after 55 minutes. Empty water from pot.
    6. Set your @ninjakitchensg Foodi Multi Cooker OP350 on the sear function. Add a drizzle of oil.
    7. Sear chicken breast until golden brown on both sides.
    8. Serve warm, or leave to cool before storing in the fridge.

    Dear your chicken in a traditional pan, grill it or use a torch. I know it is more complicated- but the mediocre searing of the multi cooker is ruining your overall texture of the chicken.
