I opened maybe 100 packs of 151 and I finally completed my master set last weekend. I haven’t completed a Pokémon master set since Jungle back in 2000.

Nice video and binder. Sorry to tell you, it's not quite complete. You've done an amazing job but there are actually 2 sets of the energy holos, a regular cosmos holo and an HD one. If you look closely at the circles in the holo pattern you will notice some are very clear and crisp around the edges while others are a bit fuzzy looking on the edge of the circles. I wouldn't be picky about it but since you went so far as to even include the tokens I thought you might like to know.
A beautiful binder and well displayed none the less: well done!

I was aware of this when I started making the binder. Unfortunately, while opening 151 I hadn’t come across any. I find them incredibly hard to find and not many people are aware of the variants, so that made it even harder requesting them. I do eventually want to find the other style of holo, I think it might take a while tho. Thanks for pointing it out, I probably should have mentioned that there are 2 types in the videos because it’s pretty cool Easter egg imo

Fyi, there are two variants of each of the holo energy cards.
Yep correct, unfortunately they are very rare to track down as I didn’t come across any whilst opening 151. It is something I intend to find eventually

do you recommend buying multiple UPCs or ETBs to complete the set?
I’d recommend booster bundles if you can, that way your just paying for the packs
The only card I had to buy for my collection was the standard charizard ex

@@JoeSmith-np6nz 3 people can’t play chess 😳 = hatching a plan = creepy. Not atm, 151 I NEEDED to complete 😂 I haven’t had that feeling for other sets yet, just a few chase cards here and there. I like the idea of a shiny only paldean fates binder but there’s soo many cards lol

What sleeves do you put the cards into before sliding them into the pockets? I like using the Dragon Shield Codex 576 binders (although everyone seems to be sold out of them in Australia) and I'm having a hard time finding sleeves that are just the right fit.
For this set I unfortunately used the offical 151 sleeves because I wanted the whole binder to be like that. Do NOT do that, it was so hard putting everything in but it was too late 😂. I think penny sleeves will do the trick

Yea I felt the same way about the ninetales ex card they could have alot more to it ninetales is the elegant pokemon it was a real let down

@Goddessrare yea I still need some cards left to finish 151 zapdos ex 202 alakazam ex 201 kangaskhan ex full art wigglytuff ex full art charmeleon 169 squirtle 170 and the dragonair 181 charizard ex 199 and the gold psychic energy other than those I have some reverses left total 34 cards that's it but I won't be able to finish the set do to coming down really ill and have to undergo kemo so I'm not going to be able to finish it and all I want to do is finish it and leave it to my 2yd daughter
What did you do with all the bulk that came from packs?
Donate, sell, trade. I needed all the cards so it wasn’t too bad
seems like you have unlimited money lol, fantastic binder such dedication I don't collect pokemon but its insane you are so dedicated to the TCG community.
lol I wish, this took some months to make, it’s actually quite good price wise because I was able to trade cards and sell cards. I just needed to complete this Pokémon set, I love the original ☺️

What about the charmander eb games promo, and the pikachu and eevee pokemon post promos?
@@yoquieromucho I acquired them after the video was uploaded. The eb games promo wasn’t released at the time of my master set video unfortunately. Evee/pikachu promos were not easily available for people in Australia so it took some time to finally get them. I also have both holo energy variants now (standard + HD). So I will probably redo this video eventually with my nice additions 😉
