    Salaam all,
I absolutely love brother Omar and I totally agree. There's a Turkish brother I listen to and he says virtually the same thing. He says:
"Qurandaki eylem ayatleri sozlere hapis ettik"
    Roughly translates to:
"We have taking the verses in the Quran relating to 'Actions', and we've turned them into mere 'words' "
    Keep up the great work!

Salam brother sarfraz omar ramahi and hina
I've watched your video on predestination earlier
I have understood the concept and it is very well explained
My question is regarding the verses of Insha Allah and God's will and why we have to say it before performing an action in the future as mentioned in surah 18
Is there any correlation with insha Allah and predestination?

    • @AJ-kc4bo
      @AJ-kc4bo Před 24 dny

Very good question. I think the answer is not a simple one. I think we dont fully comprehend destiny even though brother Omar and others have given their interpretations and arguments well. There's an element of both i think - Allah's will and the individual's freedom of choice. The answer maybe mind boggling that even though you have freedom to choose or act - there's only so much you can do to achieve the expected outcome - therefore we can allocate the unknown to Allah's will - that's just my opinion of the matter.
On a different note - I really want to hear brother Omar's interpretation of Yawm al Qiyamah, the resurrection - accountability and life following death. Those are the actual unknowns that we need to worry about as we are all headed that way sooner or later. The rest of the things are easy as the Mus'haf tells you what to do and what not to do.

Second, according salawatun nabi. I also left this practice, but its very interesting or even dubious that almost all muslims doing it in their ritual prayer - sunnis, shias and ibadis.
I always told myself that the salawatun nabi is a du'ā accepted and already fulfilled and if I embed my personal requests into a number of already accepted requests it would probably help my affairs. A childish belief in retrospective view.

Dr. Ramahi, salam. Salat/Sallu (root sad-lam - wau) and Wasila/Connect/Communication (wau-sad-lam) have two different root words. You cannot equate both. Wasila is the connection/communication with God which has to be all the time 24/7 while salat/sallu relates to action on specific commandment in the Quran. Here Sallu is to support. Allah and Angel support the Prophet in 33:56 and the Mumins are also instructed to support the prophet, otherwise how the Prophet will be successful in his mission if not supported by Allah/Angel/Believers. Similarly in 33:34 Allah and the Angels support the Believers.

What is *salat* according to the Quran?
Let us use the Quran Alone and understand the real meaning of Salat. It is simpler than what you have been made to believe by the modern-day Arabic speaking Sunni, Shiite & Sectarian scholars!

It is when you communicate with your fellow humans by *reciting what has been revealed to you of the Al-Kitab!*
    What is Al-Fahisha?
_7:28__ and when they committed a Fahisha they said: “We found, indulging in it our fathers (i.e., ancestors) and Allah has commanded us for it.” Say: “Definitely, Allah does not command of Fahshai. Do you say about Allah which you know not?”_
Isn't it obviously clear that "fahisha" is when you indulge in what your fathers said and when you & your ancestors say about Allah which you do not know?
Isn't it clear that when you follow & obey the Sahihs Bukhari/Muslim et al you are indulging in what your ancestors are saying about Allah?
Every command from Allah can only be found in the Quran... and nowhere else!

    From Lamp of Islam website:
An innovation (bidat) clearly invented by Muhammad-worshippers of earlier generations, this practice of darood was partly based on an abused, distorted interpretation of the verse 33:56. This trend was further promoted and then consolidated by hadith hearsays that evidently mushroomed with time.
Darood violates an essential article of faith prescribed by the Quran that categorically prohibits any discrimination between the messengers. Do we not subconsciously discriminate between the messengers by saying Sallillahu alayhi wa sallam after Muhammad’s name, while saying only alayhi salam after other messengers’ names?

First point: Agree that one has to ‘study’ the quran and not just recite it as most Muslims do. The quran has many layers of understanding and not just the superficial layer that most translators use. Translations we see on most internet sites are poor because the translators are using tafseers and biblical stories which they superimpose on their translations, instead of looking at the quranic arabic and the root of the words.
Second point: You said the quran confirms what are in the previous scriptures. If that is the case why not just follow the previous scripture. The quran does not confirm the corrupted versions of older scriptures! Again we have a problem with translation. In 46: 12 the translators translate the word musaddiqun مُّصَدِّقٌۭ as confirm. But they ignore li. The verb is musaddiqun li which is phrasal verb and means to correct. See below:
    وَمِن قَبْلِهِۦ كِتَـٰبُ مُوسَىٰٓ إِمَامًۭا وَرَحْمَةًۭ ۚ وَهَـٰذَا كِتَـٰبٌۭ مُّصَدِّقٌۭ لِّسَانًا عَرَبِيًّۭا لِّيُنذِرَ ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا۟ وَبُشْرَىٰ لِلْمُحْسِنِينَ
And before it was the scripture of Moses to lead and as a mercy. And this is a confirming (should be correcting) Book in an Arabic tongue to warn those who have wronged and as good tidings to the doers of good. Saheeh International 46:12

I think "request" had a "trans-action-al" connotation whilst "invite" is more of an exclusive / inclusive input from any or every one. Meaning it invokes cooperativity rather than a one way relay for Allah to do things that you're able to because you're already included in the action you just have to initiate it.
The sectarians had made objects that are useless in fuction because they dont connect them towards another extension like "will" , "intentionallity" , "power" and other commands that initiates its existence. In more harsher words , its all mouth farts. You use your mouth only because its the part where you work the most, eat-talk-snore. Like the ulemas and the mosquito (mosque) hive. Buzzing with vanity.
There is a dichotomy between creation and creator that should be resolved.

I strongly disagree with this line of thinking ...it doesn't make sense to me...coz it's sure not the islam that's been practiced around the globe from Arab to africa to Asia and far east ...since 1400yrs.. ..
If U say that ppl don't learn about spirit of Salah or Fasting ... such as discipline humility n self control ...and just focus on rituals...then I'd agree with you...
but to outright reject Salah...Fasting zakah n Hajj ..all backed by very strong global tradition...not mere books of ahadith...and have been part of islamic tradition throughout makes no sense to me at all... Another example is you say Quran is book ofguidance for us and each ayah is for us... But then you contradict again saying the verse on tasleem on prophet is meaningless today...coz prophet is dead...
Then there. Is clear intellectual dishonesty stating if a poor person can't go to Makkah but had a strong n sincere wish ...he will be rewarded forr it accordingly...this is established concept....

@@RhythmsOfSilence True connection with Allah is by fallowing only His words, not others. People like you somehow think that you can learn Allah what al-islam is while we have Allahs own definition(s) among us in His book (kitab).

    The Quran was not revealed
    for memorization or recitation
    The Quran has God's laws
    God wants mankind to follow
His laws to follow Him. God's
    laws are secular not religious
There are no rituals in the
Quran / Islam , they are
    strictly forbidden. Mankind
    needs to know the correct
translation of the Quran to act
on the Quran. God wants us to
act on the Quran, He doesn't
    want us to memorize the
words of the Quran and do
    nothing about them. We have
to carry out God's words /
    instructions / laws. He wants
us to act on the Quran dailv.

At the 1:24:00 minute mark you are talking about _"Allah inviting you and you inviting Allah into your life"_ but the gazillion dollar questions are:
Q#1. *"HOW* does Allah invite you?"
Q#2. *"HOW do you invite Allah into your life?"*
Answer #1: through His Words i.e. The Quran.
Answer #2: by obeying, following & putting into practice every command written in the Quran.

@@braveheart8318 Have you ever read the Quran? But, most importantly, do you understand what it is really saying?
      Obviously, you do not!
And that is why you admitted... _"the law of nature governing the universe is the proof, not the Quran, which no one understands."_
The world does revolve around you, you know this right? And that, just because you cannot understand a simple thing does not necessarily mean that everybody is at your level of understanding, right?
Spend some time and try to understand this verse:
30:30 So set your face to the religion upright. The Nature created by Allah (upon) which He has created mankind [on it]. No change (should there be) in the creation (of) Allah. That (is) the religion the correct, but most men (do) not know.
You cannot change the way of Allah. So, there is no such thing as _"the miracle of the virgin birth"_ or a unicorn or half-mammal & half bird flying off to heaven.
How can you travel into space?
Go find a meteorite and reverse engineer the content of the remnants. Hey, presto... you have a composite that can withstand the Laws of Nature/Space.
So, now please go study the Quran and inform me later if you still cannot & do not understand it.

@shukriyusof2104 don't talk about meriorite and space, etc. These are scientific terms, and stealing them to prove your translation is plagiarism. How would reading a book help me if it couldn't help people like you with ignorance, arrogance and superiority complex. What the world sees is 2 billion pathetic people going in circles around a cube and not going anywhere. They die like flies because of diseases and thirst in the desert to make someone happy who's not even there.
No one cares about your ramblings. Everyone interprets it differently and takes out the meaning to suit their objectives. If your understandings are so powerful, why are you at the bottom of the pit.
Enjoy to be ruled by other superior races. Even Hindu India is improving day by day and is better than you.
