Crocs are delicious! I had it a couple of times in Thailand and Indonesia. The meat is white, sweet and soft like fish, but some parts have that elastic beef texture. Hard to describe, but if you have a chance to try, go for it! You will not regret it.

Try the monitor lizards in Indonesia, with peanut sauce or sweet soysauce onion. Same same with Crocs and good for skintreatment.
