I am watching this video as an English speaker. You helped me distinguish the difference between British and American vowels. My language exchange students have asked me if American English uses the ɜ: vowel, and your video gave me great examples to compare. So /hɝːt/ in AE indicates the blended "r" sound with ɜ: that I couldn't pick up on myself. Thanks! Huge help and my students love your videos!
