    Is the exam fee (£578) submitted for MRCS A for one college in which we register or for all the four colleges?

      Really depends on what you want with life. If settling in UK is important, best to go as early as possible. getting training jobs in UK is difficult so most of us will eventually start with non training jobs - > negotiate through ST3-ST8 and become an consultant through CESR route.
