  • A quick FPS test/benchmark of Destiny 2 PC with Radeon Boost enabled. Tried to get it in a somewhat demanding area to show what it's like when there's a lot going on. The Overlay in the video is the AMD Adrenalin overlay.

    I have heard that AMD has had issues with stuttering in D2, did you experience anything like this?

      Hi, yes there is a lot of micro stuttering on AMD in this game (and some other DX11 games) the first time you play the game. I think it's related to shader compilation so every time you see a new effect the game might stutter slightly. After a while, maybe 30 minutes - 1 hour it should be pretty smooth.

      No, not for how I play, which is capping the FPS under 120 and turning the settings down a bit. If you want really high fps at lower resolution then the CPU might bottleneck in some cases.
