Any advice on getting the two rubber lines under the front of the tank off from the tank nipples mine are.on there tight
Yes the first time I took them off they were on there really tight. I used a long flathead screwdriver and got it wedged between the tank and the end of the hose and just slowly worked it down while I was pulling down also. You'll have to have someone hold the tank up or support it somehow with a board or something like that. It was kind of a pain in the butt that's for sure. To be clear so we are talking about the same thing it's the two breather lines underneath the fuel tank that you have to take off in order to remove the tank. That's what I'm talking about
@BLRTUNING Yes, it's been quite the task justbdidnt known if there were any tips. Thank you for that one. I read some forms, and one person mentioned a good idea he used a paint can opener and did the same thing you just mentioned
@BLRTUNING ok, so got the tube's off the best method without any task specific tools was definitely the paint can opener and most home depots will give them to you for free. I did put a little piece of electric tape on the end of it to gove it more of a blunt edge, but it worked beautifully.

@BLRTUNING Yes, of course, great channel deff helped get me started coming from working on all italian bikes to now a zh2 was quite the learning curb, so thank you for taking the time to make that video. Keep up the good work my friend.
I just live with the fast flash on the signal. Not worth the trouble for me. LOL
Replacing the relay is pretty easy if you just remove the headlight housing up in the front.
@@BLRTUNING I would take that Headlight housing apart and never get it back together properly again. lol. Fast blinkers don't bother me at all. In fact I feel like they draw attention better than slower ones. I am that guy that won't take my own bike apart anymore. Too many times something broke or wouldn't go back. Case in point I got after market levers for my Z H2. Didn't like them went back to stock....Yeah thought the kickstand kill switch on the clutch was my cruise control kill switch...nope it's above it and I broke it. The screws have to be drilled to get them out and as of now they are unavailable anywhere all on back order.
Yeah the stock lovers on this bike are actually pretty nice I was pretty impressed. Most of the time I get rid of the levers also but on this bike I think I'll leave them stock
Do I have to remove tank for rear brake line replacement??
If you're only going from the caliber to the reservoir then no
After a little bit more looking into this on my own H2 It looks like it's quite a bit of work to replace that rear brake line. It goes towards the underside of the plastic tray that the battery is sitting in. So from looking at it without really tearing into it yet I believe you would have to remove the gas tank and a lot of other parts as well. So keep that in mind. I haven't done it yet on my bike but I do plan to eventually
I got 3 lines to replace the old one. I will try to use titanium banjo bolts if the pitch is the same. Thanks
