The way she had weaseled into Selena's life, and made her truly believe they were really close friends, it would make it impossible for a lot of people to even begin to fathom that, if they had an argument, it would end in her death! Especially considering that before they had the fight that wound up with her being shot, she had already been with her for a while that day, at that point, since she went over there to take her to the hospital, and then brought her back to the hotel. I'm definitely not a naive person, but I don't think I would have been able to see that train coming down the tracks, either. I don't think human beings are programmed to expect that level of evil out of people they considered friends.
And now, to know that Yolanda is trying to appeal her case on the grounds claiming it was an accidental shooting, even though she chased after her for a bit, there are witnesses saying so, and they said it took 11 lb of pressure to pull the trigger of the gun she used, there was no way that was accidental. But continuing to say so got her name in the news, again, which made it clear that her only intention was ever to use Selena for 15 minutes of fame, and she's trying to continue that now, as though Selena's death isn't good enough for her. She's the absolute worst kind of human being there is.

I’m so sad it had to end so quickly, but I’m so glad she got to experience the things she experienced. It’s just so unexplainable.. every time I think about her I get so sad thinking about the weight she has on her shoulders knowing she could’ve achieved more. And ur right about the hospital thing. I heard that Selena took her to the hospital bcuz Yolanda told her that she got raped but then when the doctors told Selena that Yolanda was lying, Selena confronted her when they went to the hotel. and Yolanda shot her EVEN after Selena helped her and stayed with her and took her to the hotel even after finding out Yolanda was lying. Also the statements from Selena’s neighbor saying that Selena would walk around with no securities, and when her neighbor would ask her why she does that, she responded saying “there’s no one out here trying to attack me” (or something similar) meaning that evil was the last thing she would even think of, she was such a bright person😢

Yo tenia 7 años y sabia que tenia algo, que no tenia nadie mas, cuando estuvo en mi ciudad el trafico de la ciudad estaba paralizado por completo, se sentía la alegría, y amor que transmitía, nunca he vuelto a sentir una energía como ese dia, el dia que falleció, los medios de comunicación pararon programaciones normales en algunas comunidades latinas, sobre todo Mexico, todo un FENOMENO, FUERA DE SERIE, que hermosa era, su voz perfecta, su cuerpazo y su energía. wow. Creo que al dia de hoy no seguiría abriendo artista como ella.
