Hey Everyone, Victoria is both Cuban and German. She actually gets her red hair from her Cuban side. I promise you even though she has lighter skin she is very Hispanic. She is also very humble and giving, she carries a very sweet spirit. We have been saving for her birthday for a very long time, and utilized connections we have made through the years to make this dream a reality for her.
